Dr. Holly Gross is a comprehensive ophthalmologist and cataract surgeon serving central Maryland since 2006. She earned her medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School and completed her ophthalmology residency at the University of Michigan Kellogg Eye Center.

Dr. Gross provides medical, laser, and surgical care for a variety of eye conditions including cataracts, glaucoma, dry eye disease, LASIK, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration. She has a special interest in bladeless laser cataract surgery and advanced intraocular lens implants, such as toric lenses for astigmatism and multifocal lenses to minimize dependence on eyeglasses after cataract surgery. She is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
