About Me
Dr. Garrett Scott is a board-certified ophthalmologist who provides comprehensive eye care with a subspecialty focus in glaucoma. At Hillsboro Eye Clinic, he treats a wide range of conditions including cataracts and glaucoma. He offers advanced cataract surgery with the Light Adjustable Lens and performs various glaucoma procedures such as laser treatments, minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS), trabeculectomy, and tube shunt surgery. Dr. Scott is dedicated to managing glaucoma both medically and surgically.
After completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Oregon, Dr. Scott earned his medical degree with highest distinction from the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California. He completed a transitional internship at Oakwood Hospital, followed by ophthalmology residency at the University of Michigan Kellogg Eye Center where he served as chief resident. He then completed a glaucoma fellowship at the University of Michigan.
