About Me
Dr. Felina Kremer is an ophthalmologist specializing in glaucoma and advanced cataract surgery. She earned her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia with a major in Biology and minor in Russian Literature. Her medical degree is from the Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. Dr. Kremer completed her internship year at Crozer-Chester Medical Center in Pennsylvania.
She then pursued ophthalmology residency at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine - Montefiore Medical Center in New York, where she served as Chief Resident during her final year. Dr. Kremer further subspecialized in glaucoma through a fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan, training in Minimally Invasive Glaucoma Surgery (MIGS) techniques at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, as well as traditional incisional glaucoma surgeries.
Dr. Kremer has presented at multiple national conferences and published her research in medical journals. She is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Glaucoma Society, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, Pennsylvania Medical Society, and New York State Ophthalmology Society. Fluent in Russian, she can effectively communicate with Russian-speaking patients.
