Dr. Edward Cherney

Dr. Edward F. Cherney is a board-certified ophthalmologist and Associate Professor at Vanderbilt Health, specializing in the medical and surgical treatment of retinal diseases. He completed his residency at the Los Angeles County/University of Southern California Medical Center and a fellowship at Moorfields Eye Hospital.

Dr. Cherney evaluates and manages a wide range of retinal conditions, including age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment, macular holes, epiretinal membranes, and retinal vein occlusion.
