Dr. Devasis Reddy

Dr. Xintong Li is a cataract and comprehensive ophthalmic surgeon serving Reno and Carson City. She enjoys helping patients see clearly again with modern cataract and laser procedures and offers attentive, culturally competent care from the first visit through recovery. In addition to surgery, she treats common eye conditions across the lifespan and coordinates with primary care and subspecialists when needed. Dr. Li graduated summa cum laude from The College of New Jersey as part of a seven-year BS/MD program and earned her medical degree at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, where she received an Alpha Omega Alpha Research Award. She completed ophthalmology residency at Rutgers NJMS and now provides patient-centered care at Sierra Nevada Eye Center. Dr. Li is fluent in English and Mandarin and is proficient in Spanish.

Dr. David Rosen is a comprehensive ophthalmologist at Shepherd Eye Center in Las Vegas. He specializes in cataract surgery and eyelid surgery and provides thorough exams and ongoing care for common and complex conditions, including glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy. Dr. Rosen studied physics at the University of Utah before earning his medical degree at the University of Arizona College of Medicine–Phoenix. He completed his internship at Southern Hills Hospital in Las Vegas and his ophthalmology residency at Penn State Health in Hershey, Pennsylvania. His academic interests include intraocular lens power calculations and refractive surgery, and he has authored multiple publications in these areas. In the clinic, patients can expect clear communication, practical education about their options, and a focus on safe, personalized outcomes. Outside of medicine, he enjoys rock climbing, traveling, and time with his family.

Dr. Parisah Moghaddampour is an American Board of Ophthalmology–certified ophthalmologist at New Eyes in Las Vegas. Born and raised in Oregon, she studied biology at Oregon State University, graduated summa cum laude, and is fluent in medical Spanish. She earned her medical degree at Loma Linda University, completed a preliminary medicine year and ophthalmology residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center, and now provides comprehensive medical and surgical eye care with an emphasis on cataract and refractive solutions. Dr. Moghaddampour offers a full range of vision-correction options and thoughtful guidance to match each person’s goals and lifestyle. She performs thorough examinations for eyelid disease, cataracts, glaucoma, and retinal conditions, and provides options such as advanced cataract surgery, laser vision correction, EVO ICL, and minimally invasive glaucoma procedures.
