Dr. Deval Joshi is a fellowship-trained, board-certified ophthalmologist and the founder of Joshi Eye Institute in Boynton Beach. He is dedicated to providing the highest quality of eye care, utilizing the latest knowledge, research, and equipment to treat, monitor, and prevent a variety of disorders.

Dr. Joshi completed his residency in Ophthalmology at the University of South Florida and pursued sub-specialty training at the University of Florida to become a vitreoretinal surgeon. After fellowship, he served as faculty at the University of Florida, where he was the Chief of Vitreoretinal Surgery and Ophthalmology Residency Site Director at the VA Hospital. He has extensive experience training residents and retina fellows, and he specializes in managing complex retinal conditions.

Dr. Joshi is known for his exceptionally attentive and compassionate bedside manner, spending quality time with patients. He moved to Palm Beach County in 2015 and opened the Joshi Eye Institute in Boynton Beach in September 2016. He remains President of the Palm Beach Ophthalmology Society and continues to provide surgical retina services for veterans at the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center.
