Dr. David Beverly

Dr. David Beverly is a comprehensive ophthalmologist with the Southern California Permanente Medical Group. He diagnoses and treats a wide range of eye conditions using medications, lasers, and surgery, with a particular focus on cataract and pterygium surgeries. Dr. Beverly emphasizes building partnerships with his patients, encouraging them to be active participants in their care.

Dr. Beverly received his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and completed his ophthalmology residency at the Naval Medical Center San Diego, where he also served as a teacher to resident ophthalmologists. Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente in 2016, he maintained a practice with the United States Navy, serving in San Diego, Japan, and Afghanistan.

In his practice, Dr. Beverly provides comprehensive eye care including the diagnosis and medical management of common eye diseases. He is committed to helping patients understand their conditions and treatment options.
