About Me
Dr. David A. Reichstein is a retina specialist with advanced fellowship training in ocular oncology and vitreoretinal surgery. He completed the premier Ocular Oncology Fellowship at Wills Eye Hospital and specializes in diagnosing and managing all types of ophthalmic tumors, including uveal melanoma, retinoblastoma, and choroidal metastases. His therapeutic expertise encompasses surgical management, topical and systemic chemotherapy, and radiation treatments such as brachytherapy.
Dr. Reichstein also provides comprehensive care for a wide range of retinal conditions, including age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and complex retinal detachments. He is an active member of several national societies, contributes to research, and sees patients at multiple Tennessee Retina locations in the region.
