About Me
Dr. Daniel Oh is a board-certified vitreoretinal surgeon who cares for the full spectrum of medical and surgical retina conditions. He completed ophthalmology residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago, served as chief resident, and went on to a premier combined retina fellowship in New York City with Columbia University, NYU, Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital, and Vitreous Retina Macula Consultants of New York. Earlier in his training he earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in chemistry from Harvard University, where he also received his MD through the Harvard-MIT HST program and conducted a Howard Hughes research fellowship focused on diabetic retinopathy.
