Dr. Daniel Dawson

Dr. Daniel G. Dawson is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in corneal and external diseases, refractive surgery, and uveitis. He completed a comprehensive fellowship in cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery at the renowned Bascom Palmer Eye Institute of the University of Miami. His additional post-doctoral training at Emory University and the University of Wisconsin further honed his expertise in uveitis and ophthalmic pathology.

Dr. Dawson completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Michigan Kellogg Eye Center, following an internship at the University of Wisconsin. He earned his medical degree from the University of Iowa College of Medicine and his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska. He is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Cataract and Refractive Surgery Society, and other professional organizations.
