About Me
Cody A. Williams, DO, is an ophthalmologist at Tri-State Ophthalmology in Ashland, Kentucky. He enjoys caring for patients across the spectrum of medical and surgical eye disease and places a strong emphasis on communication, education, and shared decision-making. Dr. Williams graduated magna cum laude from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and earned his medical degree with honors from the University of Pikeville. He then completed a one-year ophthalmology research fellowship at the University of Kentucky, followed by an internship and ophthalmology residency at the University of Kentucky.
Dr. Williams offers comprehensive evaluations and treatment for common and complex conditions. His interests include cataract and refractive surgery, minimally invasive glaucoma surgery, and in-office laser and minor eyelid procedures.
