Dr. Cindy Cai

Dr. Cai is a retina specialist who cares for patients with medical and surgical retina conditions. She helps patients understand what is happening in the back of the eye, what treatments are available, and how to protect vision over time with a clear and practical plan.

Her primary focus includes treatment of diabetic retinopathy and diabetic macular edema, age-related macular degeneration, retinal vascular occlusion, retinal detachment, and vitreous hemorrhage. She also treats epiretinal membrane and macular hole, and she provides both office-based and surgical retina care when needed. Dr. Cai’s background includes fellowship training in vitreoretinal surgery and a strong interest in using clinical and imaging data to support personalized, patient-centered care.
