About Me

Dr. Carrie Lembach is an ophthalmologist dedicated to restoring and improving sight for her patients. Her clinical areas of interest include refractive cataract surgery, dry eye disease, corneal disorders, keratoconus, Fuchs’ Dystrophy, and refractive surgery.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Lembach serves as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Ophthalmology at the Ohio State University and is clinical faculty for the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine and the Ohio Dominican Physician Assistant Program. She is actively involved in clinical research, with studies focusing on dry eye treatment, conjunctivitis, and graft versus host disease. Dr. Lembach also serves as the Medical Director of the Central Ohio Lions Eye Bank, overseeing the procurement and processing of corneal tissue for transplantation to restore sight locally and nationally.
