Dr. Cameron Johnson

Dr. Cameron Johnson is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in cataract surgery, including the use of advanced technology intraocular lenses, LASIK, and corneal disease. He also treats glaucoma and performs minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS).

Dr. Johnson completed his undergraduate studies at Birmingham-Southern College and earned his medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at the Vanderbilt Eye Institute and a fellowship in Cornea, External Disease, and Refractive Surgery at the University of Florida. Prior to joining Milan Eye Center, he served as Director of Refractive Surgery at the University of Florida and taught cataract and corneal surgery to resident physicians. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons, and has received the Golden Stethoscope Award for exceptional patient care.
