Dr. Brett Karlik

Dr. Brett J. Karlik is a comprehensive ophthalmologist who provides care for a range of eye conditions and performs advanced surgical and laser procedures. His experience includes no-stitch micro-incision cataract extraction, pterygium excision, eyelid blepharoplasty, and botox treatments. He also offers glaucoma laser treatment (SLT) and retinal laser therapy for conditions such as diabetic retinopathy. Dr. Karlik specializes in intra-ocular injections for wet age-related macular degeneration (Wet AMD). He holds certifications for the VISX STAR S4 excimer laser platform.

Dr. Karlik earned his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine and completed an ophthalmology residency at Nassau University Medical Center. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and has been recognized as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor. A native of Pittsburgh, he currently sees patients at OCLI Vision locations in Moon Township and McMurray, Pennsylvania.
