About Me
Dr. Anna Do is a board-certified ophthalmologist with a subspecialization in glaucoma surgery, practicing at Beach Eye Medical Group in Huntington Beach and Irvine. A California native, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physiological Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa honors. She then graduated from Stanford University Medical School, where she completed scholarly concentrations in clinical research and global health, including a trip to India to evaluate glaucoma care in rural communities.
Dr. Do completed her ophthalmology residency at the prestigious New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mt. Sinai and pursued a glaucoma fellowship at NYU Langone Health Center, training in the surgical and medical management of glaucoma for both adults and children. Her work on glaucoma surgical outcomes and novel therapeutics has been recognized by the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Glaucoma Society, and the New York Academy of Medicine.
She specializes in cataract surgery and glaucoma surgery, including procedures such as trabeculectomy, tube shunt surgery, and microinvasive glaucoma surgery. Dr. Do is dedicated to building meaningful long-term relationships with her patients, focusing on preserving and improving their vision and quality of life. In her spare time, she enjoys practicing yoga and spending time with her husband, two children, and mini labradoodle.
