About Me
Dr. Andrew M. Barrett is a board-certified ophthalmologist who offers a wide range of eye care services, from primary eye care to advanced surgical treatments. He provides individualized care for conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, corneal diseases, and refractive errors like nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism. Dr. Barrett performs no needle/no stitch cataract and implant surgery, laser refractive surgery, corneal transplantation, oculoplastic surgery, and medical and surgical management of glaucoma.
Dr. Barrett earned both his undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of Pennsylvania and completed his ophthalmology residency at Maryland General Hospital, followed by a fellowship in cornea and refractive surgery at the Bethesda Eye Institute, St. Louis University. He is affiliated with Christiana Care Health System, Limestone Medical Center, and Elmer Hospital in New Jersey.
