Dr. An Nguyen

Dr. An Nguyen is a Vietnamese-American ophthalmologist who was born and raised in New Orleans and remains deeply connected to the city. He completed his undergraduate education with honors in Neuroscience at Tulane University before earning his medical degree at Louisiana State University in New Orleans. Dr. Nguyen continued his training with an internship and an ophthalmology residency at the Louisiana State University/Ochsner Clinic Foundation program.

After completing his training, Dr. Nguyen chose to return to New Orleans East, an area that has faced a shortage of eye care services since Hurricane Katrina. He is dedicated to providing competent and quality comprehensive eye care to his patients in New Orleans East and the surrounding communities.
