About Me
Dr. William J. Kelly is a board-certified ophthalmologist who provides expert eye care at Clewner & Kelly Eye Center in Boca Raton, Florida. He completed his medical degree at New York Medical College and then pursued advanced training with a glaucoma fellowship at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, where he worked under the guidance of Dr. Robert Ritch. Dr. Kelly also completed an internship in transitional medicine at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Manhattan and an ophthalmology residency at St. Luke’s – Roosevelt Medical Center in New York City.
Dr. Kelly specializes in the diagnosis and management of all forms of glaucoma, including normal tension glaucoma. He is experienced in the latest medical, laser, and surgical treatments for glaucoma and is dedicated to preserving his patients' vision. In addition to his glaucoma expertise, Dr. Kelly offers comprehensive ophthalmic care and consultations for cataract surgery, helping patients make informed decisions about their eye health.
Dr. Kelly is actively involved in the ophthalmology community, having lectured on normal tension glaucoma and ophthalmic imaging devices. He is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
