About Me
Dr. William H. Jarrard Jr. is a board-certified ophthalmologist with over 30 years of experience serving patients in Middle Georgia. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and completed his residency at the same institution, following an internship at the Medical Center of Central Georgia.
Dr. Jarrard provides comprehensive eye care, including cataract and glaucoma evaluation and surgery, diabetic eye disease management, and routine eye exams. He is known for his skilled and compassionate approach to patient care.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Jarrard serves as a clinical assistant professor at the Mercer University School of Medicine and is actively involved in professional organizations, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Board of Ophthalmology, where he serves as an associate examiner.
