About Me
Dr. Travis Redd is a cornea and external disease specialist who provides medical and surgical care for disorders of the ocular surface and lens. His practice includes cataract surgery and the diagnosis and treatment of infectious and inflammatory diseases of the external eye. He focuses on practical, evidence-based care and takes time to help patients understand their condition and treatment choices.
Dr. Redd earned his MD and MPH at Oregon Health & Science University, where he also completed ophthalmology residency at the Casey Eye Institute. He then completed fellowship training in cornea and external disease at the Francis I. Proctor Foundation & UCSF, developing particular expertise in complex corneal infections and inflammatory disorders. His academic interests include innovations that reduce the global burden of corneal blindness, and he enjoys the outdoors with his family in the Pacific Northwest.
