About Me
Dr. Afshan A. Nanji is an ophthalmologist and Associate Professor of Ophthalmology at the OHSU School of Medicine, where she is currently accepting new patients. She brings a wealth of expertise in corneal and external diseases, ocular surface oncology, laser vision correction, and cataract surgery.
Dr. Nanji's clinical practice is focused on conditions of the cornea and external eye, including tumors of the conjunctiva and cornea. She is also deeply involved in international ophthalmology, aiming to improve eye care globally. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and reading.
Dr. Nanji completed her undergraduate degree at Princeton University, her medical degree and Master of Public Health at Johns Hopkins University, and her residency at the Wilmer Eye Institute. She then pursued a fellowship in cornea at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. She is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
