Dr. Todd Brittain

Dr. Todd Brittain is a board-certified ophthalmologist who practices general medical and surgical ophthalmology at Relf EyeCare Specialists in Hermantown, Minnesota. He completed a combined medical and business degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and the Helzberg School of Management at Rockhurst University, then went on to complete his residency in ophthalmology at Michigan State University's St. Johns Health System.

Dr. Brittain is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Ophthalmology. He brings extensive experience, having practiced in Michigan for three years before joining Relf EyeCare Specialists in 2019. In addition to his clinical work, he serves as a captain in the Army National Guard and is a member of numerous medical societies.

Dr. Brittain's clinical focus includes the management of eye diseases such as glaucoma and macular degeneration, as well as performing cataract surgery, oculoplastic procedures, and refractive surgery. He provides comprehensive eye care for patients in the Duluth and Hermantown areas.
