Dr. Todd Theobald

Dr. Todd Theobald is a board-certified ophthalmologist with Kaiser Permanente in Lafayette, Colorado. He practices comprehensive ophthalmology, caring for patients of all ages with a wide variety of eye conditions. Dr. Theobald takes time to ensure his patients have a good understanding of their eye conditions, and he works collaboratively with other providers, pharmacists, and staff to coordinate care. He believes in a team-based approach to eye care and strives to provide thorough explanations to each patient.

A former Army service member, Dr. Theobald moved to Colorado from Missouri. He enjoys spending time with his family and staying active outdoors. He is committed to preserving and improving his patients' vision through partnership and personalized care.
