Dr. James Montgomery

Dr. Jim Montgomery is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has dedicated over 20 years to providing high-quality eye care in the Denver and Northglenn, Colorado area. He specializes in cataract surgery and vision correction procedures such as LASIK, PRK, and EVO ICL to help patients reduce dependence on glasses and contact lenses. Additionally, Dr. Montgomery offers minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS), macular degeneration management, and diabetic eye care, as well as the diagnosis and treatment of complex eye diseases.

Using state-of-the-art technology, Dr. Montgomery customizes cataract surgery to meet each patient’s unique vision needs and lifestyle. He has a personal commitment to his patients’ well-being and understands the importance of finding the right surgeon, having undergone LASIK himself. Dr. Montgomery opened his private practice in Colorado in 2001 and has earned a reputation as a respected eye surgeon. Outside of the office, he enjoys reading, spending time on the water, and exploring the Colorado mountains with his family and friends.
