About Me
Dr. Thomas D. Patrianakos is a board-certified ophthalmologist at Cook County Health, where he serves as Division Chairman. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma and performs a range of anterior segment surgeries, including cataract surgery and minimally invasive glaucoma procedures. Dr.
Patrianakos has a particular focus on glaucoma management, offering advanced laser treatments such as selective laser trabeculoplasty and micro-invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS). His research interests include optic nerve imaging techniques and improving outcomes for patients with glaucoma.
