About Me
Dr. Suzette Luke is a board-certified ophthalmologist who completed her Academic Global Ophthalmology fellowship at Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia. During this fellowship, she traveled to developing countries to work with local ophthalmologists in providing clinical and surgical eye care, highlighting her commitment to global health initiatives.
She earned her medical degree from Texas Tech University, where she was involved in community outreach programs, and graduated summa cum laude from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Dr. Luke served as chief resident during her ophthalmology residency at Texas Tech University after completing her intern year at Michigan State University's Hurley Medical Center.
An active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons, Dr. Luke is part of the department of surgery at Palos Health, now part of Northwestern Medicine. Patients benefit from her compassionate approach and dedication to advancing eye care. Outside of her practice, she enjoys the great outdoors, playing sports, and spending time with family and friends.
