Dr. Susanna Ringeman

Dr. Susanna Ringeman is originally from South Louisiana. She received her undergraduate degree from LSU in Baton Rouge, her medical degree from LSU Medical School in Shreveport, and completed her internship and residency at LSU Health Sciences Center – Shreveport. After settling in North Carolina in 2012, she has enjoyed practicing comprehensive ophthalmology in the Winston-Salem and surrounding areas, most recently serving on faculty in the Department of Ophthalmology with Wake Forest Baptist Health. She founded Forsyth Eye Health and Surgery in 2019, marking her return to private practice.

Dr. Ringeman is grateful for your trust as you partner with her as your eye physician and surgeon. She especially enjoys the comprehensive aspect of her practice, getting to know her patients over the long term, and helping them develop the optimum treatment plans for their ocular conditions.
