Dr. Susan Majlessi

Dr. Susan Majlessi is a board-certified ophthalmologist and cataract surgeon serving patients in Lorton and Springfield, Virginia. She specializes in advanced cataract surgery, including sutureless techniques, and is skilled in laser vision correction procedures such as Custom LASIK and PRK. Dr. Majlessi also provides anterior segment reconstruction and has advanced training in corneal disorders.

In addition to her surgical expertise, Dr. Majlessi offers therapeutic and cosmetic treatments including Botox injections and dermal fillers. She is recognized as a Northern Virginia Top Doctor for her commitment to patient care. Dr. Majlessi has a strong background in community service, having volunteered at free clinics, provided eye exams for the homeless through the SOME program, and participated in medical missions abroad.

Dr. Majlessi graduated Phi Beta Kappa from George Washington University and completed her medical degree at George Washington School of Medicine. She fulfilled her ophthalmology residency at Georgetown University Hospital and pursued additional training in corneal and refractive cataract surgery.
