Dr. Julia Fullerton

Dr. Julia Fullerton is an ophthalmologist who grew up in the Chicago area and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She then pursued her medical education and residency in Illinois and Wisconsin. Her husband's work brought the family to Richmond, Virginia, where she completed a fellowship in cornea and external disease and served as an instructor for resident physician training for over five years.

Now practicing in Northern Virginia, Dr. Fullerton is part of a collaborative team at Kaiser Permanente focused on helping patients achieve their healthiest selves. She is board certified in ophthalmology and has a particular interest in cornea and external disease. Outside of medicine, she enjoys gardening with native plants and spending time with her family.
