Dr. Subba Gollamudi

Dr. Subba Gollamudi is an ophthalmologist at Eye Specialty Group, serving the Memphis area. A native Memphian, he earned his medical degree from Yale University Medical School and completed his ophthalmology residency at the Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He also completed a corneal fellowship at the Bascom Palmer Institute in Miami, with advanced training in laser, surgical, and medical treatments for corneal diseases.

Dr. Gollamudi provides care for a range of eye conditions, with special interests in laser vision correction and refractive surgery, cataract surgery, glaucoma management, and laser treatment of diabetic eye diseases. He offers state-of-the-art treatments to help patients preserve and improve their vision.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Gollamudi performed research at the University of Tennessee Medical School at Memphis. He maintains memberships in professional organizations including the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
