About Me
Dr. Stephen Goldman is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has been in private practice at Society Hill Ophthalmic Associates since 1990. He serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Pennsylvania and Thomas Jefferson University, and is on staff at Pennsylvania Hospital where he has been Chief of the Ophthalmology Section since 1999, as well as at Wills Eye Hospital.
Dr. Goldman specializes in comprehensive ophthalmology with a focus on cataract surgery, astigmatism correction, and the management of glaucoma and dry eye syndrome. He offers advanced techniques such as small incision no-stitch cataract surgery and micro-invasive glaucoma implants, along with multifocal intraocular lenses for patients with presbyopia.
