About Me
Dr. Shauna Berry is a board-certified ophthalmologist and the only fellowship-trained neuro-ophthalmologist in Southwest Florida. She provides subspecialty care for patients with vision problems related to the brain, optic nerve, and eye movements, and offers strabismus surgery for children and adults. Dr. Berry completed ophthalmology residency at Larkin Community Hospital/Nova Southeastern, followed by fellowships in neuro-ophthalmology at Houston Methodist and in adult and pediatric strabismus at UCLA Stein Eye Institute. She collaborates closely with referring physicians to uncover the cause of unexplained visual symptoms and design clear, step-by-step care plans.Her practice combines advanced diagnostics with thoughtful counseling so patients understand their condition and options. As a Southwest Florida native, Dr. Berry is committed to serving her community and was recognized in 2025 as a Gulfshore Business “40 Under 40” honoree for professional excellence and local impact.
