Dr. Sapna Desai is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in comprehensive eye care and cataract surgery. She provides patient-centered care at Eye Consultants of Atlanta, offering preoperative counseling, modern cataract techniques, and thoughtful follow-up to help patients see—and live—more comfortably. Dr. Desai earned her undergraduate degree in Molecular Biochemistry and Biophysics at the Illinois Institute of Technology and her medical degree at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. She completed an internal medicine internship at West Suburban Medical Center and her ophthalmology residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin Eye Institute, where she served as Chief Resident. Recognized for academic excellence and research, Dr. Desai joined Eye Consultants of Atlanta in 2019 and currently sees patients at the Piedmont and Brookhaven locations.
