About Me
Dr. Kenneth Lord is a vitreo-retinal surgeon who provides advanced surgical care for retinal conditions. He is dedicated to patient-centered care and is known for his innovative approach, including co-developing The Eye Handbook, a widely used ophthalmology app for professionals.
Dr. Lord completed his medical education at the University of Utah and went on to an internship in internal medicine at the University of Arizona. He then completed his ophthalmology residency and a two-year vitreo-retinal surgical fellowship at the University of Missouri in Kansas City. His specialized training allows him to manage complex retinal diseases and perform intricate eye surgeries.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Lord is an active member of the Utah National Guard and has served in multiple military operations. He holds fellowships in the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Retina Specialists, and other professional organizations.
