Dr. Robert Klein

Dr. Klein is a board-certified ophthalmologist who practices general medical ophthalmology with a special interest in the medical and laser treatment of glaucoma. He also diagnoses and manages a range of retinal conditions, including diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, and retinal breaks. He performs intravitreal injections and laser procedures such as iridotomies and YAG capsulotomies.

With over 20 years of experience as former director of ophthalmology at Goldwater Hospital, Dr. Klein brings extensive clinical expertise to his practice. He serves as a clinical assistant professor of ophthalmology at NYU and is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Dr. Klein sees patients aged 18 and older at his Manhattan office.
