Dr. Yale L. Fisher is a clinical ophthalmologist specializing in vitreoretinal diseases. He focuses on patient care, teaching, and research, and is the author of several textbooks in the field of vitreoretinal diseases and ultrasonography. Dr. Fisher has published more than 50 scientific articles and has developed numerous intraocular surgical instruments, including electromagnets and endoscopic techniques for vitreoretinal surgery.
