Dr. K Freund

Dr. K. Bailey Freund is a retina specialist who focuses on the diagnosis, treatment, and care of patients with a wide range of retinal disorders. He specializes in conditions such as macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and retinal vascular and inflammatory diseases, and is recognized for his expertise in difficult-to-diagnose and rare retina conditions. Dr. Freund serves as a Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at New York University School of Medicine and as an attending surgeon at Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital and New York Presbyterian Hospital. He completed his residency in general ophthalmology and his fellowship in medical and surgical retina at the Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital, and holds a medical degree from New York University School of Medicine.
