Dr. Richard Kaplan is a board-certified ophthalmologist and vitreoretinal surgeon with broad expertise in the medical and surgical care of retinal disease. He treats retinal detachments, macular holes and puckers, diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, retinal vascular disorders, and complications that can occur after cataract surgery.
