Dr. Ramya Swamy is a fellowship-trained ophthalmologist specializing in glaucoma and anterior segment surgery, with over 15 years of experience. She provides comprehensive care for conditions such as glaucoma and cataracts, utilizing advanced techniques including minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) and robotic assisted cataract surgery.

She performs surgical procedures at Lakeview Surgery Center in Bowie, Maryland and Columbia Parkway Surgery Center in Columbia, Maryland. Dr. Swamy is also an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, where she is dedicated to teaching and mentoring ophthalmology residents.
