Dr. Phillip Boyer

Dr. Phillip Boyer is a highly skilled ophthalmologist who practices medical and surgical ophthalmology. The focus of his practice is advanced cataract surgery with intraocular lens implants (IOLs).

Dr. Boyer completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Arizona and earned his medical degree from Des Moines University. After an internship at Grandview Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio, he completed his ophthalmology residency at Genesys Regional Medical Center in Grand Blanc, Michigan, where he served as Chief Resident and was recognized with a certificate for his accomplishments. He is licensed in Arizona and maintains memberships with the American Osteopathic College of Ophthalmology and the American Osteopathic Association.

An Arizona native, Dr. Boyer was born and raised in Sierra Vista. He and his wife are the parents of five children, and he enjoys spending free time with his family, the outdoors, photography, and classic automobiles.
