About Me
Dr. Nicholas Hadjokas is an attending physician with the Wills Eye Cornea Service and a cornea and anterior segment specialist at Wills Eye. He cares for adults needing both routine and complex eye surgery and provides full-scope cataract care, helping patients choose advanced technology intraocular lenses to match their visual goals. His surgical expertise includes partial and full thickness corneal transplantation, routine and complex cataract surgery, advanced technology lenses, laser corrective surgery (LASIK and PRK), secondary lens fixation, and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS).
Originally from Allentown, Pennsylvania, Dr. Hadjokas discovered his passion for ophthalmology while earning his medical degree at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University. He completed his residency in ophthalmology at SUNY Upstate Medical University and returned to Philadelphia for fellowship training in cornea and anterior segment surgery at Wills Eye Hospital, where he then joined the faculty. He enjoys teaching residents, studying evolving technology, and is dedicated to protecting, preserving, and enhancing his patients' quality of life through clear explanations and collaborative care.
