Dr. Minh-Phuong Doan

Dr. Minh-Phuong Doan is a comprehensive ophthalmologist at Kaiser Permanente in Fair Oaks, Fairfax, Virginia. Dr. Doan immigrated to the United States from Vietnam at the age of three.
