Dr. Millin Budev

Dr. Millin C. Budev is a board-certified ophthalmic surgeon and managing partner at Carolina Cataract & Vision Center. He specializes in surgical treatments for cataracts, refractive errors, and glaucoma. Dr. Budev offers advanced procedures including minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) and premium cataract surgery, with a focus on helping patients reduce dependence on glasses.

He earned his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Michigan and received his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. Dr. Budev completed his internship in general surgery and his residency in ophthalmology at the Medical University of South Carolina. He has participated in clinical research and authored publications in his field. Dr. Budev is dedicated to restoring healthy vision and improving quality of life for his patients.
