About Me

Dr. Michele M. Riggins is a board-certified ophthalmologist at Grene Vision Group, specializing in neuro-ophthalmology, adult strabismus, and blepharospasm. Her clinical expertise encompasses a range of conditions including diplopia, idiopathic intracranial hypertension, thyroid eye disease, ocular myasthenia gravis, optic neuritis, benign essential blepharospasm, and hemifacial spasm. Dr. Riggins completed her medical degree at Texas A&M Health Science Center and undertook an internal medicine internship and ophthalmology residency at Scott and White Hospital. McGee Eye Institute, equipping her with specialized skills for diagnosing and treating challenging eye conditions.
