About Me
Dr. Michael Lin is a glaucoma specialist at Massachusetts Eye and Ear and an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Harvard Medical School. He cares for patients with all forms of glaucoma, offering individualized treatment plans that may include medications and a wide range of glaucoma procedures, including minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS). He also performs cataract surgery and helps patients understand how surgical choices can support both vision and long-term eye health.
In addition to clinical care, Dr. Lin’s work includes research focused on improving medical and surgical treatments for glaucoma, along with teaching and training future ophthalmologists. He completed fellowship training in glaucoma at Wills Eye Hospital after ophthalmology residency and medical school at Harvard, and he has received career development support through major vision-research awards.
