Dr. Marcus Neuffer is a board-certified ophthalmologist with extensive expertise in corneal disease and advanced refractive surgery. He currently serves as the Chief of Cornea and Refractive Surgery and Medical Director of the Ambulatory Surgery Center at Air Force Academy Hospital in Colorado Springs. At Skyline LASIK, Dr. Neuffer brings a distinctive combination of military surgical leadership and peer-reviewed research experience to his practice, where he performs both LASIK and PRK procedures.
With over 20 years of clinical and surgical experience and having performed more than 16,000 vision correction procedures, Dr. Neuffer offers patients a highly customized approach tailored to their individual visual needs and lifestyle demands. His approach to patient care emphasizes thorough preoperative assessment, transparent discussion of realistic outcomes, and meticulous surgical technique, ensuring that each patient feels informed and confident in their treatment decisions.
Dr. Neuffer's advanced training includes a fellowship in Cornea and Refractive Surgery at the John A. Moran Eye Center, and he maintains active involvement in professional organizations such as the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
