Dr. Linda Katz

Dr. Linda Katz is a board-certified ophthalmologist at UK Advanced Eye Care – Jessamine, where she provides comprehensive medical and surgical eye care. She has been practicing ophthalmology in Kentucky since 1999 and joined the University of Kentucky Department of Ophthalmology as faculty in 2011. Dr. Katz founded the Jessamine Eye Center in Nicholasville in 2002.

Dr. Katz earned her medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School and completed her ophthalmology residency at the Kellogg Eye Center at the University of Michigan, where she served as chief resident. She is an assistant professor of ophthalmology. Dr. Katz performs cataract surgery and treats a wide range of eye conditions, with a focus on patient-centered care and thorough communication.
