Dr. Leo Santamarina

Dr. Leo Santamarina is a board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained vitreoretinal specialist at Bucks-Mont Eye Associates. He specializes in the medical and surgical management of retinal and vitreous diseases, including diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, retinal vein occlusions, uveitis, and retinal tears.

Dr. Santamarina joined the practice in 2017 and brings experience from prior private practice in Philadelphia and Delaware, as well as academic roles as Director of Vitreoretinal Services at Drexel University College of Medicine. He is committed to providing the most recent advances in retinal care and is able to communicate with patients in Spanish.
