Dr. Lauren (Lexie) Snellings is an ophthalmologist at North Fulton Eye Center with a focus on laser-assisted cataract surgery and comprehensive medical eye care. She evaluates and treats common and chronic conditions including dry eye, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, and age-related macular degeneration, and helps patients choose advanced intraocular lens options when appropriate. Her approach emphasizes clear communication, thoughtful counseling, and matching technology to each patient’s priorities for vision and lifestyle. Dr. Snellings completed ophthalmology residency at Emory University after medical school at the University of South Alabama College of Medicine. She offers state-of-the-art cataract care, including toric, multifocal, and extended-depth-of-focus lenses, and performs microincisional glaucoma surgery for select candidates. Outside of clinic, she enjoys travel, cheering on the Braves, and spending time outdoors.
